This beautiful new villa with private heatable pool (extra cost) and air conditioning on 3 bedrooms, enjoys a peaceful location on the Cerro D’Águia hillside, 3km west of Albufeira. Spectacular coastal and far sea views are enjoyed from first floor bedroom terrace. Nearby is the Zoomarine theme park, where children can swim with the dolphins. The large swimming pool can be heated at extra cost during the winter, early and late season, ensuring that you can really enjoy your holiday to the full. The villa’s accommodation is mainly on the first floor, with the master bedroom and bathroom en-suite, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. They all have doors opening to terrace, overlooking garden and pool.On the ground floor there is a small twin bedroom and guest toilet room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, with sliding doors opening to terrace overlooking pool and garden.
