The accommodation comprises of a large sitting room with TV and DVD player, wood burning stove, here is also the dining area. This sitting room has wide glass doors opening onto the terrace, pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. There is a separate sitting room adjacent to the kitchen with satellite TV and a wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor are three twin bedrooms, two with e-suite bathrooms, and one with a separate shower room. On the first floor there is one large twin bedroom (beds can be put together) with bathroom en-suite and a door to a private terrace. Also, a twin bedroom (beds can be put together) with en-suite bathroom. Bathrobes are supplied to guests and all the rooms have air conditioning units. Outside is the swimming pool which can be heated at extra cost, lawned gardens and terrace with barbecue. Sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture are provided, Swimming pool towels provided.

This beautiful villa enjoys a peaceful location near the 'Coelha beach', Sesmarias area, just 4km west of Albufeira, 10 minutes drive to the Algarve most popular resort, and is just a few minutes walking distance from the superb sandy beaches of Coelha and São Rafael, and also just a a few minutes drive to sandy beaches of Galé, Castelo and Evaristo. Nearby is the Albufeira Marina, Zoomarine theme park, and Algarve Shopping Center in Guia.

Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 30% deposit together with the booking form. The remaining 70% (last payment) is due 4 weeks before arrival date. Reservations may be held for 5 days pending receipt of booking deposit. •We strongly recommend that you have sufficient travel insurance as deposits cannot be refunded. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation fee unless the villa is re-let. Cancellations outside of 8 weeks will forfeit any deposit paid.
  • Towels and linen provided, cleaning 5 times per week, towels change 2 times per week, linen change once per week. •Pool towels (you don´t need to take up space in your suitcase, they are already there)
