This luxury four bedroom, four bathroom villa with large pool (heated in winter) and South facing terrace has lots of appeal to Families with children and couples. It has a large games and exercise room with table tennis, darts, cross trainer, exercise bike etc. It also boasts of a play station area for the kids and play area at rear covered in astro turf with Wendy house, slide and table & chairs for parents to sit and watch. Around the pool area are plenty of sun loungers, patio table and chairs to eat el fresco and gas BBQ. The villa inside is open plan with seating area and 42 inch flat screen TV, dining area with play station and door to rear play area, kitchen with oven hob, microwave, toaster etc. It also has a down stairs bedroom en-suite with kingsize bed. Upstairs are three bedrooms a family bedroom with kingsize bed and single and bathroom off. A twin bedroom with bathroom across the landing and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The village of Callao Salvaje is busy enough for even a two week stay with its bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, tea room, cafes, ice cream parlour etc. It has a good bus connection and plenty of taxis. The newly opened Callao Sport Hotel is just a minute away with its Spa facilities, bars, weekly BBQ and tennis courts. The area is quiet and friendly yet is close enough to the night life of Playa Americas and Los Cristianos.
