Contemporary well appointed dining kitchen,with breakfast bar for 6, large master bedroom with king bed,additional spacious bedroom with double bed, I twin room with 2 single beds.Private off-street parking for 4 cars and garden area with seating and table for 4. Garage - equipped with pool table, storage for golf clubs and bikes. Property has free Wi-Fi. Full gas central heating with wooden floors in public areas. All bedrooms are carpeted and have ample hanging and drawer space.Cleaning carried out weekly or more frequent on request subject to a charge.The location is excellent, very peaceful yet only 20min walk from South Street and Market Street along the beautiful Lades Brae and a couple of minutes drive from St Andrews Links Old Course. St Andrews harbour and beaches are also only a short walk away.
