The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two are en-suite with the third bathroom also servicing the apartment. It will sleep six persons comfortably and there is an additional put-up bed (for a child only), if required for a maximum of seven persons. The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the other bedrooms have two single beds each. The kitchen, utility and lounge are fully equipped, together with deck furniture on the full length balcony. Also, there is a further roof terrace available for sun worshipers. The apartment is on the top (third) floor of a low level block in a private gated community. The apartment benefits from panoramic views of the rest of the complex and Santa Ponsa III golf course below and a lovely sea view in the other direction. At night the lights of Palma twinkle in the distance across the Bay of Palma. There are several outdoor pools for use by swimmers of all abilities and a heated indoor pool for winter swimming.

The scenic resorts of Andratx and Peurto Portals are a short drive with the beauty of the Traumauntana mountains nearby. The designer shops, restaurants and bars of Palma's old town are within easy reach. The apartment is perfectly placed for golf lovers with the Santa Ponsa PGA golf course nearby and a further 4 quality 18 hole courses within a short drive.

This property is one of the nicest i have stayed in any where.It has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday and is in easy access to some loverly resteraunts and a really safe beach.The whole complex is exceptionally clean and well run and we loved the pool Brilliant.cant wait to go again.

Beautiful Penthouse Apartment

We have visited this apartment now on three separate occasions both as a family with our two daughters and also with friends. The apartment is set in a beautiful complex with pools and loungers and is totally secure so that the children can play in complete safety. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your break if you choose to dine at home or outside the complex at a number of excellent local restaurants. The use of a car is beneficial although not essential as there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance as well as a lovely local beach. I would highly recommend staying here.
