This first floor apartment has a large private roof terrace, a sun awning, concrete BBQ & a view of the Mediterranean sea in the distance. Ideal for sunbathing (2 sunbeds) & watching the beautiful sunsets while sitting on the roof terrace & dining al fresco.

La Florida is a modern urbanisation in Orihuela Costa 10 minutes south of Torrevieja. It is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday for golfers, couples & families alike. Near to bars and restaurants with all year round entertainment, bowling green, children's area, swimming pool and sunbeds. 5min walk from La Florida Commercial Centre (supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank, car hire, hairdressers, etc). Several other large commercial centres all within easy walking distance. Beautiful sandy beaches are a 5min drive away, nearest at Punta Prima,Playa Flamenca & La Zenia. Approx 40min from Alicante Airport & 20min from Murcia airport.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We ask for a non-returnable deposit of 25% at the time of booking, with the outstanding balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If your booking falls less than 8 weeks before arrival, then full payment to be made with booking. Holidays of any other duration will be priced on the pro-rata weekly rate.
    £100 refundable deposit for major damage/breakages is also payable with balance.
    Payment in pounds or euros please. Arrival and departure days are flexible. Payment by Cheque, Direct Transfer, PayPal, or Cash. Long term winter rentals are welcomed, please contact us for discounted price
    We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance cover for the duration of your holiday.
  • Cleaning - 40 euros payable on arrival for cleaning and linen.
    Transport can be arranged to/from either Murcia (20€) or Alicante (30€) airports.
  • At least one member of booking party must be 21 years old.
    No stag or hen parties.
    Discounts available for long term rentals.
