Eze sur mer, only 2 min from the beach, 5 km from Monaco and 10 km from Nice, newly renovated house, with opening on the garden, 1 bedroom queen bed, 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for 2, a full shower room communicates with the 2 rooms, 1 TV room, 1st level, brand new kitchen,large living room with fireplace, seaview, balcony, dining room, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room,1 queen bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 shower room. Air conditioning, large pool, garden, outside furniture. All the linen are provided and included in the price, very large garage for 2 cars, plus private parking for 2 cars. Very comfortable, does not suit disabled, steps, so not suitable for kids under 6 years old. View on the sea, but also on Eze Village.Last minutes discounts available, and long stay discounts too. Barbecue, outside kitchen Ideally located to explore the Riviera, airport pick up service available, also babysitting. Owner nearby. Car not mandatory but our advise would be to rent on

Eze sur mer is only 5 km from Monaco, and 10 from Nice, the Medieval town of Eze Village, lies on top of Eze sur mer, very old chapel, the Fragonnard perfume, the oceoanographic museum of Monaco, and also don't forget to visit the Italian Boarder, with the Ventimiglia market every Friday, only 30 mn away. Eze sur mer beach is a family stone beach, 2 beach restaurants, famous Anjuna where you might be running into Bono or the Edge and many others, Papaya beach, more reasonable, with sunbeds for rent and restaurant. We have also an excellent family restaurant called La Veille Maison, from which you could also order out, an Italian restaurant Panta Rei. Beaulieu sur mer only 2 km away, will offer all the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores you need. English, Italian, and German newspapers available. Dairy Market everyday, and bigger market on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes all the linen, towels, toilet paper, soap, dish washer soap, etc... The fridge will be filled with eggs, ham, butter, jam, cheese, tea and coffee and milk, a bottle of rosé, and a loaf of bread. Cleaning is 220 € to leave on the table when you leave. Extra cleaning available, pick up at the airport normally 85 € for 4 people for a taxi, pick up available for 50 € for 4 person if asked in advance. Security deposit is 1000 €, by check or paypal. For any specific service, please ask, and we will see what we can do.
  • Monaco Grand Prix are on a different rate. Please ask us. Discounts for 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 1 month avaiblable. Please ask us.

Notes: Please note that because of the stairs inside and outside, our villa is not suitable for children under 8. Thanks. Above that age, children are welcome. For pets, please ask us first. Well we just had a great family with 4 children, 17 month, 2, 6 and 9 and they had a great time. So, seems like it's really a family fun house, but we would like you to know that the stairs do exist ! So I guess it all depends on the children you have !

Beautifully appointed property in quiet cul-de-sac. Modern decor, clean and easy to maintain, beautiful sea views, quiet and peaceful setting. Very short walk to Eze and through underpass to quiet stony beach with two beachfront restaurants. Relaxing pool/fully equipped outside barbecue area. Gated entrance with plenty parking space and well kept, pretty garden. Short trip ( 5 mins ) by car or train to Beaulieu which has very convenient supermaket , restaurants etc. - regular market here and very relaxing to have coffee/lunch. We very much enjoyed our stay here for one week with four young children - steep steps, few balconies and easy access to pool so children need to be supervised closely.

Maybe we will see you this winter for Nice great Carnival and you will enjoy the fireplace while looking at the sea .
