Villa Fina was built in 2006 and offers top quality accommodation with three bedrooms. The main door is approached via steps to the hall which leads to an open-plan and spacious kitchen and lounge area. It is approached via a steep driveway. There are plenty of doors and windows to enjoy the stunning mountain views, and a sun terrace to look out on the pool and gardens. The surrounding gardens are a garden-lovers delight and offer some exciting and exotic plants and fruit. The main bedroom has a double bed and en suit. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and all rooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a main bathroom with a shower (no bath) and there is an additional toilet (3 in total). The main living area has leather sofas and a TV.

Villa Fina is on the outskirts of Gandia, a traditional Spanish town with miles and miles of golden beaches, a thriving port area, cathedral, great shopping and lots of winding streets packed with bars and restaurants to explore. The villa is on the edge of town with easy access up and down the coast line, which offers a wide choice of pretty villages with beaches and promenades, including Olivia and Darmouth. The picturesque town of Denia is about a 30 minute drive away, and Benidorm about a hour away.

Notes: Spanish owner lives in detached property next door (shared driveway with automatic gate) and speaks English and other languages. Available to offer advice if needed and give recommendations. Villa Fina was built in 2006 and is new the to rental market so bright and clean. The gardens are delightful with some unusual plants. The views are breathtaking and the pool and ideal place to cool off. The outside terrace is connected to the kitchen and overlooks the swimming pool and the mountains.

A lovely spacious villa easy drive from Valencia as good directions were provided. The villa itself was modern and spotless with superb bathrooms, the bedrooms were spacious enough for our four children and cool with metal shutters and air conditioning, the lounge was well appointed leading out to large terrace for watching the beautiful sunsets and mountain views and the kitchen was modern and very well equipped.
The pool and patio were very clean and very well maintained by the Owner surrounded by gardens and the views from here were stunning.
The Owner and his wife live next door and were lovely host's who were very welcoming and helpful (even showing us a supermarket open on a Sunday!).
The small city centre of Gandia is five minutes drive away and has good authentic restaurants and shops and several good clean sandy beaches. (Miramar has a great Ice cream cafe beach side).
We would certainly recommend this villas to our family and friends and plan to go back ourselves.
