The apartment is located in parkland setting in the elegant Winchmore Hill area of North London. Central London with all tourist attractions is 20 minutes journey from Winchmore Hill train station or 25 minutes from Southgate Piccadilly tube station. The Hopper Bus to both Stations stops directly in front of the apartment giving it excellent connection to Central London. The apartment is situated 5 miles south of the M25 Motorway and about 2 miles north of the A406 North Circular Road. Having two parking spaces, the apartment is ideal for touring the South East of England (1 hr drive to Cambridge, 1 ¾ to Channel Tunnel and 2 hr to Stratford upon Avon). The area was originally made of woodlands used as hunting grounds for medieval kings. The nearby beautiful parks of Oakwood, Trent, Broomfield and Groveland still have parts of ancient woods. There are several sport centres and 3 Golf courses in Trent Park, Bush Hill and Enfield and 2 driving ranges in Oakwood and Grovelands.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date are payable in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment which will be refunded once the keys have been returned and our agent has confirmed that there was no damage to the apartment.

Very nice, modern, clean and spacious. The trip to Central London takes about 40 minutes, but then you come back to a secure and safe village-like location. Top restaurants nearby. I recommend "Samdan" and "Regatta" at Winchmor Green. Brilliant Food and good services though similar prices to the West End! The parking space and the bus stop are very convinient. Thanks to Simon, we would definitely stay there again.
