Accomodation:
Everything about this villa says relax and enjoy. All of the rooms are light, airy and inviting and we have filled them with tasteful, comfortable furniture. Upstairs you have the two bedrooms, both with ensuites and large built-in wardrobes. Downstairs you have a fantastic, open-plan living space. The kitchen has numerous cupboards finished in walnut, a granite countertop, built-in oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. We have stocked it with very high quality knives and utensils plus a variety of pots and pans which will satisfy all culinary skills.
The lounge beckons you to relax on the large tufted white leather sofa and armchair and Italian footstools. You can enjoy some quiet time or watch the 32' flat screen TV/DVD player. The triple glass panels pocket into each other, allowing the lounge to completely open out to the front patio. Double doors beside the glass-topped 6 seater dining table provide access to the private pool.
Outside and Beyond:
The doors to the front walk and driveway can be closed to provide a very private sanctuary. There is a large swimming pool to the left side of the house with the patio continuing round the back and front of the property. To the right side there is a pebbled walk. The garden is planted with mature trees and shrubs which adds to the atmosphere. An outdoor table, chairs, loungers and umbrella have been provided for maximum comfort and a large gas barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Just a 5 minute walk away you will find a number of good restaurants, bars, shops and a bakery. Firemans Beach is 5 minutes in the other direction and from there you can find any number of other beaches along the coastal path. The market town of Paralimni is 2km away offering a blend of old and new with great places to eat. Pernera and Protaras are just 10-15 mins away and offer family entertainment whilst Ayia Napa, with its beaches, nightlife, Water World Water Park and traditional sights is just 15 mins by car
Location and Travel:
With almost year-round clear skies and sunshine, Cyprus is a wonderful place to vacation at any time of year. Your time can be spent making the most of the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea and white sandy beaches with snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, sailing, deep-water fishing or even a short cruise to other nearby countries. A file containing details of a wide range of activities is available in the villa to help you plan your holiday.
From Larnaca Airport you are a 40 minute drive away on excellent motorways. Arriving by Paphos Airport, you have just a 2 hour drive to reach the property. Clear instructions on how to find the villa will be provided on booking. Taxis can be used to get from the airport to the villa and back, but car hire (from 25 euros per day) is advised for those wishing to explore the island's sights in more depth.
