Travel:
Nice International airport is half an hour away by car. Guests can take a taxi from the airport and there is a good taxi service in Antibes to return to the airport. As this house has parking it is more practical to rent a car at Nice airport and bring it back to the airport on the day of departure. Mandelieu private airport is next to Cannes and there is availability of private charter flights. Monaco Air operate helicopters up and down the coast. Ferries to Corsica depart from Nice daily.
Distance
The house is 5 minutes by car to the quaint bustling town of Antibes with its markets, Picasso museum, restaurants, bars, nightlife and cultural events. There is a great food market every morning in the old town of Antibes. Also one should not miss a stroll through the super yacht marina at Antibes. Juan les Pins is also 5 minutes away by car with great shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife, Jazz festivals. Half an hour drive to Nice and Cannes and the old village of Mougins.
Outside:
This house enjoys beautiful mature manicured gardens. There is a large pool next to the house which has a fully equipped sun deck with pool shower, sun loungers etc. In the garden you can find a professionally set out boules court. There are two outdoor dining areas which seat 12+ and have their own large gas barbecues. Close to the pool there is a quiet terrace with additional sun loungers and wonderful sea views. The off street parking area is accessed by electrically operated gates. Ping Pong table also available.

There are many magnificent golf courses within half an hour drive. Eight major courses nearby. Biot golf course closest about 15 minutes.
Skiing
The house is located just over one hour away from a number of alpine ski resorts so it is easy to pop up for a days skiing when the mood takes you. Closest resorts Auron and Isola 2000.

Coast / Beach
This magnificent mansion is only a few minutes walk to the sea where one can swim off the rocks. Also in this area a few minutes walk from the house there is a company offering nautical activities such as water skiing etc. The famous La Garoupe beach is 5 minutes walk. This beach has great restaurants and bars for lazy lunchtime eating and drinking at the waters edge. The famous walk around the Cap also starts from this beach.
