Beautiful family home nestled on a 1.5 acre lakefront lot in the heart of Big game country, with well-manicured lawns, mature hardwood, pine trees and large deck with gas BBQ over-looking the lake. Also, a cozy campfire to relax by in the evening. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with stone fireplace,satellite TV/DVD Internet Access & Nintendo w/ games. There is an open dining room & kitchen area with a bar, breakfast nook & conversation area all overlooking the lake. Also a laundry facility in the basement. Nearby, Sheet Harbour is a lovely coastal town offering gas, groceries, restaurants, a hospital, shops, and a liquor store. After a long day of hunting or Hiking , just kick back and enjoy a campfire or maybe a lobster boil to cap off the day.

For those who prefer not to hunt, Hiking our area is very popular in the Autumn with the brilliant changing of colors in the leaves, and crisp cool temperatures suited for outdoor activity.
