Ground floor studio in quiet cul de sac within walking distance of Marseillan Ville and Port with a wide range of restaurants and the world famous 'Noilly Prat' cave. The studio comprises a spacious living area with American style kitchen. (oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave) There is a quality double sofa bed, colour TV, Radio/CD/MP3 player. Large shower room with wash basin and washing machine. Separate W.C. There is ample storage/ wardrobe space. Leading off from the living area are French Doors which lead to a private garden/patio with garden furniture. Parking is off street in a private courtyard where we have our own dedicated parking spot adjacent to the garden.

Marseillan Ville is an attractive fishing port on the Bassin de Thau close to the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean. An abundance of excellent seafood and attractive restaurants are a feature of this charming town. These restaurants range from the cheap and cheerful to those where a mortgage would be appropriate.The famous 'Noilly Prat' cave is well worth a visit.
