Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £200 is also required which will be collected with your final payment. This amount is refundable within 1 week of departure. Cleaning charge of £40 is added to final payment, if additional cleaning is required, this can be arranged
  • On arrival, you will be met by our local contact who will hand over keys and be available to answer any questions. If you are arriving late, please contact us, as a welcome pack with the basic essentials can be arranged upon request.
  • All enqueries welcome for short and long term stays.
