Capel Ucha was rebuilt in 2008 to a high standard with oak staircase, floor and doors. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with the shower room and the utility room. The Cottage is centrally heated and upstairs the spacious lounge with wooden beams is equipped with TV with freeview channels, DAB radio, DVD,CD. Books and games The kitchen - dining area is fully equipped with cooker, Microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The utility room has washing machine for guest use. The property is fully fitted with up to date fire alarms. Outside the garden is available for guests to use the garden furniture and barbeque. One hundred yards up the lane are public footpaths giving access to gentle relaxing walks and more strenuous mountain hikes to the high peaks of Snowdonia.

Sited on a country lane with easy walks from the cottage to village shops and beach. On the edge of Snowdonia National Park the mountains of the Carneddi Range, with its famous wild ponies, can be reached without transport. North Wales Coast attractions, The Castles of Conwy and Caernafon, the resort towns of Llandudno and Betws y Coed and the steam railways at Caernarfon and Portmadoc are all within reach by car. Llanfairfechan has a clean, safe and sandy beach and the town has two well stocked stores and a selection of Public house/restaurants and takeaways.
