Tasteful elegance; are two words that easily describe this property and one is immediately stuck by a sense of being ‘home’ as you enter. The space inside ‘The Brittons’ is light and airy and rooms flow seamlessly from one area to another. Looking around, your senses are spoilt: Whether it is the newly appointed kitchen or the luxurious fabrics throughout, you can’t help sapping up the tactile warmth. As you enter the property there is a large lounge to the left, dripping with art and tasteful décor. The focal point of the room is a fire place; which as you sip Red wine, being cushioned by the large leather sofas, will warm the heart. Up the entrance passage and on the right are well-catered comfortable rooms, in between which is a spacious bathroom. The kitchen and entertaining area is large and filled with light - Though the kitchen is modern and new, it still maintains its roots in the country cottage style.

Local Area: Situated in the heart of Braunton, (Britain’s largest village), one is spoilt for choice with direct routes to all the tourist hotspots. Just outside the village are the Braunton Burrows, (historic site of D-Day Landing preparations), and where one can walk for hours through these majestic dunes. A little further on is the Blue Flag Beaches of Saunton and Croyde - The former, world-renowned for its surf. Following the alternate route out of the village, Blue Flag Woolacombe Beach is just over the hill. Further along the coast, you will be spoilt for choice; what with historic villages, heritage sights, golf courses, coast paths and the North Devon cliff line, your biggest difficulty will be in what to do first!
