Situated in the heart of Braunton, (Britain’s largest village), one is spoilt for choice with direct routes to all the tourist hotspots.
Just outside the village are the Braunton Burrows, (historic site of D-Day Landing preparations), and where one can walk for hours through these majestic dunes. A little further on is the Blue Flag Beaches of Saunton and Croyde - The former, world-renowned for its surf. Following the alternate route out of the village, Blue Flag Woolacombe Beach is just over the hill. Further along the coast, you will be spoilt for choice; what with historic villages, heritage sights, golf courses, coast paths and the North Devon cliff line, your biggest difficulty will be in what to do first!
