Castelo- This district is one of the finest in Lisbon and its well-known for the presence of many nice tiny streets with some really beautiful balconies. The district is connected to Alfama by the typical tram nº 28. This is a very charming flat; its windows open to the most dazzling views of Lisboa and its roofs as well to some of the watchpoints of Lisboa from the sofa your living room. You will be in love with the house and its views. The flat have a modern and design decoration. Very nicely arranged to accommodate 4 persons. Two separate bedrooms, with double beds of 140 wide. The bathroom features a bathtub and luxury towels for your own use. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals from breakfast to dinner unless you prefer to go out in the many nearby restaurants, “esplanadas” or fado houses. Be ready for a pleasant stay in a relaxing atmosphere, at the same time modern and historic. Courtesy of withe wine and Portuguese cheese on arrival.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Lisbon

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Lisbon and is perfectly located to explore this beautiful city. The apartment offers enough space for 4 people - we were a party with three. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can, if necessary, provide one yourself. Living room and adjoining dining room are very comfortable. For breakfast and in the evening hours, the small terrace offers a fantastic view to the castello and is perfect for relaxing - a great place. The view over the rooftops of Lisbon is simply breathtaking.
All major transport links can be reached quickly and easily - the Metro is located at the foot of the mountain, the famous line 28 stops just a few hundred yards away. A small grocery store is just downstairs - all the other shops within walking distance.
Maria offers the perfect pick-up service. Antonio was waiting at the airport and brought us to the apartment - back on departure then.

Ein wunderbares Appartement im Herzen von Lissabon und perfekt gelegen um diese schönen Stadt zu erkunden. Das Appartement bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen - wir waren zu Dritt. Die Küche ist komplett und umfangreich ausgestattet und so kann man sich bei Bedarf auch einmal selbst versorgen. Wohnzimmer und angrenzendes Eßzimmer sind sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück und auch in den Abendstunden lädt die kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Castello zum Verweilen ein – ein herrlicher Platz. Der Blick über die Dächer von Lissabon ist einfach atemberaubend.
Alle wichtigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen – die Metro befindet sich am Fuß des Berges, die berühmte Linie 28 hält nur einige hundert Meter weit entfernt. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist gleich unten im Haus – alle anderen Geschäfte in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Perfekt ist der Abholservice den Maria anbietet. Am Flughafen wartete Antonio und hat uns zur Wohnung gebracht – am Abreisetag dann Retour.

Un apartamento de diseño en uno de los barrios carismáticos de Lisboa, Alfama.
Desde el apartamento tienes Lisboa a tus pies, las vistas de la ciudad son soberbias.
Nos alojamos tres personas en este apartamento durante 7 días y quedamos totalmente encantadas del mismo en todos los sentidos. El emplazamiento es excelente, en pleno centro de Lisboa, al lado del “Castelo de San Jorge” en una zona tranquila con varios miradores a la ciudad, pequeños restaurantes o bares de copas con encanto y a 5 minutos del metro aunque con una buena cuesta, (a tener en cuenta personas mayores).
El apartamento está muy limpio, muy bien decorado y dispone de todas las comodidades así como de todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos de cocina.
Destacar el servicio, incluido en el precio, de transfer al aeropuerto, no tienes que preocuparte por buscar transporte.
Desde aquí felicito a Maria, la propietaria, por su recibimiento y su atención durantes los días que estuvimos en la ciudad.

Wonderful view, beautiful apartment

We, a party of 4, were welcomed by the owner at the airport of Lisbon and white wine and portuguese cheese at the apartment. That by itself was a great start for the holiday. If you don't fear climbing the Castelo hill and the fleets of steps up to the apartment, this is the place to stay at, as it offers the most amazing view on large parts of the city. Public transportation with a tram is actually available to a close-by location, saving you the climb up the Castelo hill. The very central location of the apartment is very convenient for reaching many of the city's attractions in a short time, either by walking or with public transportation. The apartment is refurbished and well decorated, equipment with all one needs for a holiday. You enjoy both the view over large parts of the old city or the wel-kept backyards of the neighbors from the balcony.

We have spent a good number of holidays in apartments in various European cities. The Lisbon Castelo hill apartment deserves a gold medal and we warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, yet very quiet location. A warm thank you to the apartment owner for a personal and dedicated service!
