Owned by film-makers. Beautifully and tastefully decorated villa set in large walled private gardens with direct access to our 200 hundred year old citrus orchard. On the outskirts of the rural village of Eskikoy we have stunning views of the mountains from the Balconies and the garden. The whole house and all 3 balconies have Travertine (limestone marble) floors and views onto the garden. The house is south facing. Our balconies are 5 meters deep at their widest and are perfect for 'al fresco' dinning. Our bedrooms have net draped, simple, Balinese style, 4 poster beds. Our Master bathroom is floor to ceiling Travertine with custom made bath and shower. we have wild storks nesting on our land. We are 5 minute drive from the popular town of Dalyan and 25 minutes drive from the exclusive marina town of Gocek with it's world class restaurants and boutiques. Our local beach is 7km long and is a conservation area. There are many adventure sports available close by.

There are a many activities available to our guests including private boat hire, on nearby Lake Koycegiz or out at sea., guided walking, bird watching, mountain biking, road cycling, sea kayaking trips available. In Gocek there is yacht hire available by the day or longer. In Dalyan there is diving instruction available. Our nearest beach is the 5km long Istuzu beach. It is a protected nature reserve which means that there is no permanent building allowed within eyesight of the beach. This means the beach is very natural and is not blighted by water sports. There is also now a Sea Turtle sanctuary that is open to the public. This beach is about 20 minutes drive. The yachting marina at Gocek, is 25 minutes drive. Dalaman Airport is 25 minutes drive. Eskikoy is 1 minute walk, Dalyan 5 minutes drive - shops, bank, Saturday market, Lycian tombs, bars and restaurants. Kaunos - Lycian city ruins - Dalyan plus short boat ride and 10 minute walk.
