A very comfortable well situated 2 bed apartment it is only a three storey apartment block including ground floor with its own private Balcony and roof terrace for outdoor living. Close enough to beach to walk to all amenities but far enough away from the south side of beach not to have disturbed sleepless nights. Has elevator to all floors. Only a very short walk to beach and local bars & restaurants. Fantastic views of sea and the new marina Views of Mountains towards Cartagena and Totana.

Notes: The Lounge has both ceiling fan and air conditioning/heating it is very comfortable even in the height of summer lots of doors and windows for ventilation and being on upper floor very secure. This has always been a none smoking environment

This is a perfect property it is close enough to the beach to be able to walk and far enough away that you can sleep with the windows open without to much noise. Many local restaurants just a 3 to 5 minutes walk away depending your abilities. It has all the local services with in just 10 to 15 minutes walk that is main large Super markets including, Upper, Upper Home, Mercadona, Don Bricolaje with numerous wonderful bread shops, roast chicken and Paella shops. In the summer months there is a local road train that goes past the apartment to take you to Bolnuevo, Playa grande and Puerto de Mazarron. All

Excellent accomodation, clean, bright and comfortable, made spacious with the large roof terrace. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The building was quiet and well maintained. A few minutes walk to beautiful beaches and very good value for money restaurants and shops. The owner could not have been more helpful and kind.
Puerto de Mazarron itself is very family friendly, relaxed and peaceful. The beaches are clean and safe for children and in a very beautiful setting.
We had a fabulous relaxing holiday, in a lovely unspoilt gem of a place.
