This 2 bedroom apartment in the port of Nice has everything you could ask for. A quiet and peaceful garden where you can relax in the shade of a tropical palm tree, air conditioning in the bedroom and living area, free use of a computer with WIFI, cable TV package all located in the beautiful Port of Nice, with its numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The apartment is only 1 minute from the pebbled Coco beach where you can swim in the sea and sunbath. The master bedroom is a double with ensuite bathroom with a bath and WC. The twin room has 2 single beds and there is also a separate shower room with another WC.

    An initial deposit equivalent to 1/4 of the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person.
    The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
