We have designed so that it is like the vacation that we had with our daughter in southern France and Tuscany, with a lot of attention to detail and an unobtrusive charm that gives you space to feel comfortable. There are countless possibilities on the property to play, relax and if you visit us next fall, then to eat unsprayed apples from the mixed orchards.

If you walk along the Poeten path for 10 minutes from the house, you will get to a look out point called 'Zuckerhut'. From here you will have a stunning view of the historical city center of Dresden and the Frauenkirche. You can go horseback riding by multiple stables nearby.

The house has a moving story and was built in 1904 by a family of nobility from Bültzingslöwen. Until 120, it was a lively meeting point for artists and communal circles from Dresden. For example the Brookhaus family, the artist Paula Modersohn Becker with her husband Otto Modersohn, Russian opera divas and celebrated pianists. Authors, bankers, publishers and artists all have regular entries in the old guestbook. The property was restored with care and preservation and serves as an important cultural landmark belonging to the city of Dresden.
Ski:
You can go skiing directly from in front of the house! This possibility exists for cross country skiers. Descents can be reached in the Erz Mountains about a 45 minute drive away, here you will find multiple small ski areas with about 2-4 decents with different levels of difficulty. Skis and accessories can be rented. You can also go sledding at the two great decents by the mountain by our house (length: 400 and 800 m on the nearby mountain) towards the Elbe. Sleds and cross country skis are available for you!
