On a secure gated community, luxury south facing overlooking the swimming pool also with a children's pool, front and back garden for outside dining, 2 terraces, ground floor cloakroom and upstairs bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one double bed and 2 single beds. the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with a dish washer, washing machine, ceramic hob and electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, microwave. The property has the advantage of hot and cold air conditioning. Glimpse of sea views from the top roof solarium, with full privacy. Nearby there is doctors, hairdressers, bars, a variety of restaurants, and well stocked supermarkets.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Villamartin Plaza with its many bars and restaurants also doctors, chemist, hairdressers, tennis courts,a bank is a 10 minute walk, there is also a well stocked supermarket selling fresh meat, fruit and vegetables. Los Dolces & Rijoca commercial centre boasts pool bars, informal cafes, and fitness centre, bank, the Super Value supermarket, and garden centre.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT: To entertain the family there is Go Karting on the N332 a 5 minutes drive, fishing from the rocks at Punta Prima (this is free), There is also a lovely bay for swimming here. The Aqua Park in Torreveija, a lovely day can be spent there, there are picnic areas and lots of shady trees. The beaches of the Mar Menor start at Santiago de la Ribera through to La Manga, (some of the best beaches are at Los Alcazares, a 20 minute drive on the AP7, Los Alcazares is still charming fishing village/town, it boasts a beautiful paseo with beach bars, a safe shallow area for children to swim. Terra Mitica Europe's largest theme park is approximately one hour away as is Benidorm. There are many street markets locally. The working town of Torrevieja is 7 kilometres, there is a fun fair, a paseo, and evening street market, the town has been upgraded and now boasts a car free shopping area.

NEAREST BEACHES: La Zenia beach 3 kms is the nearest beach, Cabo Roig and Campoamor, Mil Palmaras to name but a few, there are coves and bays dotted along the coastline.

Golf: There are 3 championship golf courses within a 10 minute drive, Villamartin 2 minutes, Campoamor 5 minutes and Las Ramblas 10 minutes. Just a 15 minute drive to La Finca, La Marquesa, Torrepacheo, also La Manga just a 30 minute drive.
