Being two storeys it is IDEAL FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILY SHARING A HOLIDAY with the villa & apartment having separate, lockable entrances & facilities. Both levels open on to classic Spanish terraces with chairs & tables for dining or relaxing & there are more areas in the garden with seating to take advantage of the peace & quiet. At night the garden & swimming pool can become magical with the enhancement of outdoor lighting. Casa Luisa is situated up a short but steep driveway, which helps to give privacy from the road way, & with access only by electrically operated gates is a safe & secure for children to run around freely in the spacious garden. The villa benefits from its own private pool with Roman steps leading down into it & is set by a terrace where you can sun-bathe from dawn ‘til dusk.

Casa Luisa is situated in Benimeit, a quiet residential area in the hills above Moraira, with spectacular views across the tree tops & down to the town, the beaches & the ultimate – THE MEDITERRANEAN. There are quiet roads & vineyards intertwined between the villas where you can walk & take in the beauty of the typical Spanish countryside. A few local shops, restaurants & bars are a 15 min walk away - downhill !! Moraira is a small tourism centre that is well-known for its lovely beaches, its interesting historical centre, the quality of its wines & its fantastic fish auction. Its coastal orientation & the mountains surrounding it provide a micro climate with an average annual temperature of 18 degrees, guaranteeing that its charm can be enjoyed most of the year. Moraira is ideal for pedestrians so a safe walk can be taken through the quiet town or along the seafront from palm filled gardens near the castle to the stunning marina near the picturesque old part of the town.

    A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is required and will be refunded within 2 weeks of
    the completion of your holiday following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

    EXTRAS TO MAKE YOUR HOLIDAY THAT EXTRA BIT SPECIAL:
    A Welcome Pack is available at an additional cost of £25 - details on request.
    Use of air conditioning in the master bedroom is subject to an additional charge of £75 per week.
    A mid holiday clean and linen change on a 2 week holiday is available if required for an additional charge of £80.

Notes: There are ceiling fans in all the living rooms and bedrooms which are a must for the hot summer months and the master bedroom in the villa has air-conditioning if required at an additional cost. The entire property is centrally heated so can easily be used all year round for holidays. Both kitchens are stocked with plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery and there is a dishwasher in the kitchen in the villa. The beauty of having the villa and apartment as completely self contained is that if you are sharing a holiday with friends or family it offers you the privacy to get away from the bustle of the holiday for a relaxing, peaceful siesta or to read or relax. There is a short but steep driveway leading to the property, which provides privacy from the road way, but the villa is set on a flat plot in a totally enclosed garden with access only by electrically operated gates so is safe and secure for children to run around freely in the spacious Mediterranean garden.

TRIPS FROM MORAIRA: In ALICANTE take a walk along the promenade bordered by palm trees & have a rest on the beach - right in the city centre Visit ORIHUELA to see an exceptional ensemble of Gothic, renaissance & baroque monuments. As a souvenir of your visit, choose some locally-made ceramics from an assortment of roadside shops in the area or an article of wickerwork in GATA DE GORGOS. Climb the Montgó mountain near DENIA & enjoy a good meal with a view over the blue Mediterranean & the steep coastal cliffs. Visit the town of ELCHE & stroll through the largest palm tree plantation in Europe, now listed as World Heritage. Do some trekking in the BERNIA sierra. You can cross the entire crest of the mountains at one thousand metres above sea level, with magnificent vistas. On a hot day take yourself into the mountains to see the beauty of the village of GUADALEST, renowned as being one of the most visited places in Spain. Last but not least - take the children to the theme parks in BENIDORM......!

ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY: Although Casa Luisa is set on a flat plot access is via a steep driveway so assistance would be needed for anyone who is not very mobile. There is a driveway or steps from the main villa and swimming pool to the apartment on the ground level so again, assistance would be needed to get from one level to the other. Casa Luisa is not suitable for wheelchair users. We have taken a lot of care to make Casa Luisa as safe as possible, especially for families with young children and pets so please do not hesitate in asking us for advice..................we have six grand children and Irish Setters!

PLENTY OF SPACE TO RELAX: The doors of the villa and the apartment open on to classic Spanish terraces with chairs and tables to use for dining or relaxing and there are other areas in the garden with seating to take advantage of the peace and tranquility, and when necessary, the shade. To one side of the villa is yet another terrace under a pergola with two large swing chairs which is set near the Spanish style barbecue so this is an ideal place to enjoy a meal in the balmy summer evenings. At night the garden and swimming pool can become magical with the enhancement of outdoor lighting.

Other Activities: Moraira is a village with small beaches & a marina but the big attractions such as theme parks, zoos & water parks are a 30 min drive away in Benidorm
