The property is air conditioned and includes 2 bedrooms - 1 double bed with en suite and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (both have plenty of wardrobe space), bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, living/dining area with quality furniture, leather sofa's (one of which is a sofa bed), TV, DVD player, dining table, iron, balcony, roof top terrace, sun loungers and table and parasol. There is the potential of sleeping 5 with the sofa bed. There is also off street parking with an underground garage space. The apartment is accessible via a lift from the garage and the main entrance. The property also has stunning views of the Mediterranean and the mountains of Andalucia.

Approximately 1.5 Km to the beach, the Casares del sol complex offers a great location for any Costa del sol holiday. The apartment is approximately 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 40 minutes from Gibraltar so you have a choice of airports that offer low cost flights. Only 7 minutes drive to the west is the Port of Duquesa which is one of the best kept secrets on the costa del sol. The tranquil port offers a range of restaurants, bars, and cafes as well as all other amenities you would expect from a village. North of the complex is the picture perfect town of Casares. A white village of only 3,000. To say that it is beautiful is an understatement. To the east you will find the town of Estepona (15 minutes drive) and the popular town of Marbella (30 minutes drive). Both offer a range of restaurants and amenities that are a popular destination. The location is also great for Golf enthusiasts. The new 5* Finca Cortesin is only a short walk away as well as many others.
