Studio apartment on elevated ground floor set in luxurious Andalucian style complex in Los Cristianos. The town itself is a beautiful and friendly area with many bars, beaches and great restaurants a short walk from the apartment. The studio comes fully furnished to the highest degree with features including: king size bed; sofa bed; satellite TV with DVD; CD player/radio; keypad safe; free standing & ceiling fans; hairdryer; steam iron and ironing board. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine;fridge; kettle; toaster; microwave; cafetiere and full sized oven/grill with four ring ceramic hob. Shaded balcony with table and cushioned chairs; perfect for al fresco breakfasts or post-sunbathing drinks. Very close to pools (one of which is heated Oct-Mar) and Rosie's Cantina restaurant. All bedding and bathroom towels supplied and laundry is changed weekly.

First visit to Tenerife - what a find!!!

This was our first visit to Tenerife and we found this apartment via the holiday-rental website. What a find!!!!! From our initial enquiry with the friendly owners to the actual booking and arrival at the apartment (with assistance from Vivienne with our transfer from the airport), everything went like clockwork. The apartment itself was superb - it was literally home from home. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and had everything you could wish for. Two fabulous swimming pools on the doorstep, supermarkets, bars and great restaurants not more than a few hundred yards away - what more could anyone ask for?!

We would highly recommend this property!

I do not usually write reviews but feel I have to in this case. The fact that we have been to this accomodation for the past 5 years and have now family and friends going says it all. Everything about this place is first class. Accomdation is immaculate and Vivien always makes sure all the little extras are there that you need. The accomodation and the complex is maintained to the highest standard, and you have all the activities you need very close at hand. Could not ask for better and will be back again next year

We have stayed in this Studio apartment many times and as soon as we come back the diary is out to put our next visit in place !
This Studio provides everything you would want in a holiday apartment. From the fantastic King Size Bed to the balcony it all comes together in the perfect relaxing location for an excellent holiday.
2 Pools on site, a fantastically stocked Supermarket across the road and the daily Happy Hour at Rosies Cantina means you need not leave the wonderfully appointed Royal Palm complex.
It really has become our home from home and we have made many friends who like ourselves return time after time to Royalm Palm that epitomises the traditional Andalucian village style & I would happily reccommend this Studio for all it`s well appointed features, facilities and convenient location.
I can only desribe it as a Studio & Loads More ! Don`t be confused by inferior alternatives !
We will be back again soon.
