Located in Lisbon historical centre, in a quiet residential quarter. Near Chiado city center and the night life zone of Bairro Alto, you only have to walk down the cobbled street and catch the 28 tram to visit the picturesque part of Lisbon. The 4 apartments set in a 17th century building have been refurbished and renovated to today's standards. They are all different in size and layout, each with its own character and charm. They can be rented separate or together for bigger groups.

Nice apartment located in Lisbon historical center, in a renovated building from the 17th century, where we have four furnished apartments for holiday rentals. Set in a quiet street, you can easily reach Chiado and Bairro Alto, you can visit the famous antique shops in S. Bento. Nearby you have restaurants, groceries and traditional shops, so you can live Lisbon like a local. The number 28 tram stops at the end of the street, and leads you to other historical neighborhoods, as Baixa, the Castle or Alfama.There is a paying car park 100m from apartment. The apartment is a good option for large groups, as we can rent the four apartments together, for up to 21 people. This apartment can accommodate up to six people, and includes a double bedroom; a living room with a double sofa bed TV, DVD, free WIFI internet.; and next to the living a walk-through room with two single beds. A complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, elect. oven, microwave, washing-machine and fridge

This quarter and those near are full of restaurants, and touristic attractions, like the Bica funicular, Santa Catarina sightseeing. The famous 28 tram runs just at the bottom of the street, it will take you on a ride through the most picturesque areas of the city. Nearby you have the antiques shops of S.Bento. Also within 10 minutes walking is the Tagus River waterfront, were you can find nice street caffe’s and restaurants. Nearby train stations will get you to Cascais beaches, or Sintra palaces. Serviced by 2 covered car parks, they are an ideal place for Lisbon holidays and a point of departure to discover its way of life.

  • Baby cot and high baby chair available on request.
  • The rates above are for groups up to 2 persons. Price increases 10 euros for each additional person per night (applicable to children older then 4 years old).
    When staying for more than 7 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when renting for more than a month.
  • A deposit of 25%, by bank transfer, is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 75% to be paid in cash on arrival with the delivery of the keys. Check in after 2:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. Extra housekeeping can be arranged.
    We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.
