Beautiful brand new 3 bedroom villa overlooking the sea and nestling in the mountainside. + car hire at low rate subject to availability. This is definitely not the usual tired, worn out rental villa with cheap furniture, stained mattresses and smelly cupboards. Our luxury villa is brand new with quality fittings and solid furniture. It is extremely well equipped and all bedrooms are en suite. The water system is pressurized so enjoy proper power showers rather than the trickle of water that is so common in Cyprus and the real luxury of putting toilet paper down the toilet rather than in a bin next to the toilet - almost unknown in Cyprus! It has its own private swimming pool and is one of four villas in the highest point overlooking the entire village of Peyia and the Mediterranean. There is therefore no traffic, no noise and no building going on. Convenient for travel, it is twenty minutes drive from Pahos international airport and the village & beach is nearby.
