New fantastic ski chalet with open log fire and sauna. Cosy, friendly living room. Excellent equipment. Each of the bedrooms has its en-suite bathroom and toilet. Panoramic view to Courchevel and the breathtaking Vanoise mountains. General description: kitchen corner (dishwasher + refrigerator with icebox + combined electric/gas cooker with 1 electric plate and 3 flames + oven + microwave + coffee machine + toaster + electric kettle + electric raclette grill + fondue set); fireplace; sat-TV (flat screen); DVD-Player; highspeed internet connection (free of charge; no setup service; laptop to bring along); washing machine; tumble-dryer; terrace; balcony, 8 persons (112m²), 5 room chalet on 4 floors, 4 bedrooms (2 single beds each), living room (without sleeping berths), bath (shower), 3 baths (washbasin + shower + toilet), bath (washbasin + bathtub + toilet), separate toilet, sauna.

Panoramic view to Courchevel and the breathtaking Vanoise mountains. Distance to the ski area ~950 m on a food path or ~1,4 km by car. Free shuttle bus stop ~50 m (only Christmas/ New year period and in february), during other periods ~600 m. Distance to the center of Champagny with restaurants, cafés, après-ski bars, supermarkets, cheese-producers shop, cinema (English./french), small wellness center and several ski shops ~1,3 km. Altitude chalet 1.250 m; top of the ski slopes at 3.250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the enormous ParadiSki area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts. From Champagny you get in 7 minutes by an express cable car to 2000 m altitude and you reach the glacier section by high speed chair lifts. Great 10 km ski run from “Roche de Mio” back to the village-resort of Champagny, with 1500 m vertical drop. Ski day trip to Courchevel possible (about 15 minutes by car).

In high summer your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the open air pool. Highlight of your vacation will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails.
