Top quality new apartment. The property is fully furnished and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, open plan lounge/ dining area, utility room, garden and sun terrace with additional set of table and chairs; built in wardrobes in all bedrooms; TV, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, cooker; parking at front gate. Things to do within a 20 minute drive:
There are championship golf courses at Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas all within a 15 minute drive, or there is the renowned La Manga golf course 40 minutes away. There is a marina at Cabo Roig where you can water-ski, jet ski, hire a speed boat or a sailing dinghy; also nearby is wind surfing, fishing, dolphins, cycling, go-karting, ten pin bowling, horse riding, tennis, a sports centre, and SCUBA diving; if all that’s not enough there is more family fun to be had at Aquopolis water park, or The Rio Safari Elche! A 10-15 minute ride into Torrevieja provides a lovely day out, another beach, another market, shops and long promenade with bars/restaurants; a funfair is entertaining for the kids at night.
Other options include the nature reserve at Salinas de Santa Pola, where there is hiking and bird watching ( a 20 min drive); alternative shopping is available at the Local markets on most days; also within 20 minutes one can find a cinema, a zoo, historic sites, and a museum
