This apartment is located on the 5th floor (lift available), so it's very bright and quiet, overlooking the surrounding area. The apartment has been recently completely refurnished and partly renovated. It has a beautiful 'cotto fiorentino' flooring. The property faces on a quiet side road. The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm wide) and a kitchenette, 1st bedroom with a King sized bed (160 cm wide), 2nd bedroom with a double bed (120 cm wide), there is also a balcony in one of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes a TV set (DTV), a washing machine, an oven, a toaster, an iron with ironing board, a CD-player, a DVD-player. The size of the apartment is about 55 square metres.

This apartment is located right in the young, lively neighbourhood of San Giovanni and close to Pigneto too. These neighbourhoods are very popular amongst university students in Rome, because that's where the Città Universitaria is located. The entire area is filled with students and thus many pubs, cinemas and entertainment places in general have been opened in this area over the last years. Some of the most interesting sites around include Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, Porta Maggiore, Basilica di San Lorenzo, Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, the Cemetery of Verano, the University City (Città Universitaria) and the Catacumbs of Ciriaca. The apartment is not very far away from the Central Railway Station of Termini, which is very handy if you arrive in Rome by train (either from the airport or from another Italian city). As for other kinds of public transportation, the different tramways and buses (nearest stops barely 20 metres away) will take you virtually anywhere in the city.
