Bedroom with comfortable 'zip and link' bed -can be twin or King-size. Bathroom has separate shower and bath. Lounge/kitchen with comfortable leather sofa and chair, dining table and well equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob with extractor fan, toaster etc TV with Freeview. DVD and Video. Radio/CD. Small private garden at rear with table and chairs. Oil fired central heating. Pets most welcome. Linen, towels, heating and electric included. Hard tennis court in grounds. Grass ride with wonderful views leads to ancient private woodland with footpaths and stream.

A very warm and friendly welcome awaits you at the Byre.
Most comfortable and clean accomodation, well-maintained - away from it all - with outdoor area to sit providing beautiful views. A great point from which to travel to the beautiful countryside of Kent and East Sussex .

An ideal location amongst the rolling countryside. Lots of walking available through the fields and the owners private woods - full details provided. The information 'pack' on the local area provided is endless, you could not ask for more, and the owners knowledge and assistance is excellent.

The local fresh fish is geat - fish and chips in Hastings a must! Lots of local places to eat and lots of local produce for sale in the area.

We would definately recommend this to our friends.
