Villanovia is a fully renovated country property inside the natural park of Berignone surrounded by a 360° amazing panorama . It overlooks the Cecina valley, the cities of Volterra and Pomarance and the Metallic Hills and Larderello, with the visible geothermic vapors.The house sleeps 16 (+5 extra beds/futon for 6) to accommodate in large and comfortable rooms or in cosy apartments equipped with a private kitchen corner. The 16th century groundfloor entrance (all in stone) is the most ancient part of the house. Here you have a sofa area with satellite TV and indoor stair to the upper floor where 8 accommodation are located, as well as a terrace overlooking Volterra. Perfectly located for total relax vacation, at the same time offers short rides to the cities of Pisa, Siena (about 60Km each), San Gimignano, Florence and Volterra, as well as the Etruscan Coast beaches (45Km). A main kitchen and an impressive 130sqm dining room with arches complete the property. Swimming pool is 5x12mt.

The villa is located inside one of the Natural Parks of Tuscany. The protected area of Berignone is a completely untouched and unspoilt resort populated by a large variety of wild animals, some peculiar birds and night-birds as well as a dense and typical mediterranean forest. There are numerous trecking and biking paths inside the park as well as cutural routs to the ancient middle-age fortresses of Rocca Sillana and Luppiano. There are a few rivers that crosses the natural park, all affluent of the Cecina river that forms a large valley and dies into the see in the nearby Etruscan Coast. One of the few remaining untouristic spots of Tuscany. Not to be missed.
