Iris Sea View is the perfect place to get away for a while. One of 6 apartments the apartment is ideally suited to those that are looking for a quality apartment that is a short walk to the restaurants and bars of the tourist district. The one bedroom apartment furnished with modern fixtures and furniture would appeal to couples looking for a little piece of luxury. The apartment boasts a private balcony, use of the shared pool and a private room terrace. Each area is equipped with tables, chairs or loungers. The living room has a leather suite for those evenings in and satellite TV, DVD and an audio system is available. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes not just the usual cooking appliances and equipment but a washing machine for those that feel the need or are staying for an extended period. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample storage space. For those that need a little more accommodation we can arrange a separate folding bed for a small charge.

Paphos town is strongly connected to Greek mythology and its history. It is said that Aphrodite, Greek goddess of love and beauty, rose from the waves and landed on its shores. Coral Bay (about 20 minutes by car) is famed for having one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island, with its sparkling clear waters, safe swimming and sport facilities, it is not surprising that it’s a favourite with families. Close by are shops, supermarkets, tavernas and fast food outlets. Paphos Castle was originally built as a Byzantine fort to protect its famous picturesque harbour. Since 1935 it has been declared an ancient monument and is now considered as one of the hallmarks of the Paphos region. In the square just in front of the Castle many cultural events take place. The Tombs of the Kings are spread over a vast area containing impressive underground tombs that date back to the 4th century BC. This is just a taste of what is in and around Paphos. Good food, wine and relaxation.

  • When making a booking, we require a 30% non returnable deposit to secure the dates requested. The balance of payment is due 2 calender months prior to the date of departure. For booking of less than 2 clear months prior to departure the full rental fee will be required in advance. Once we have received your request for a booking we will supply you with bank details for direct transfer or the address to send cheque payments. For very late or very early booking we do offer a discount. Please contact us for details prior to booking. We also offer discounts for rental periods in excess of 2 weeks. Whilst we do not look for long term lets we like to be flexible for longer stays. Please ask for details.
