If your ideal villa is near to everything such as lovely beaches, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and you don't need a hire car, you need to look no further than Marina View with its enviable booking record and top flight support team. We are just 150 meters behind the Marina Rubicon and near means just that. The villa was purchased not just because of location but it has a very big 176 square meter garden which now is well planted and developed with Palms and Cactus. Your private pool is situated in a private garden and outdoors is a great wind protected eating area. Indoors is great, modern contemporary furnishings in a good size living room, a well equipped kitchen and good sized 2 bedrooms (double with balcony and room 2 with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms) which are again furnished with La Troja top end beds and furnishings. The Villa overlooks the Marina on both levels and the best view is enjoyed from the Master bedroom's own balcony which is great for enjoying the sunshine.

Marina View is just 150 meters behind the Marina Rubicon which means that the villa is near to a Supermarket, Restaurants and Bar's. There is also a bowling alley nearby with facilities for young and older children. Just 1000 meters from the villa is the lovely Dorada Beach which is a family beach and a little further along is the town itself which is in walking distance. The Marina Rubicon is a major attraction in the area and is very pleasant to enjoy a meal or drink overlooking the many lovely boats. The Marina is designed to look like a Lanzarotian Village and is quite unique. Also in walking distance are the famous Papagayo Beaches which are world famous and well worth a visit whilst in Playa Blanca. The town has many shops and Restaurants and is as yet not over commercialised. There is a local harbour near the town which offers a ferry service to nearby Fuerteventura. The area is quite flat and as such ideal for walkers and cyclists and for the elderly the terrain is ideal..

Phil and Dawn, Just a brief note to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at your villa in Lanzarote. It was perfect and you really had thought of everything and it was just had you had explained it on the phone and your website. I trust that we left everything ship shape as it should be. We definitely will be going again at some point and will also recommend to others.

An excellent property, high standard of cleanliness and maintainance. Comfortable with very good facilities. The pool and lovely garden are an addition that provide you with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Within a stone's throw from the Marina Rubicon and a very good supermarket, walking distance to Playa Blanca Centre and many more restaurants and also the Papagayo beaches. Thanks Phil for a brilliant week and we look forward to returning.soon.

Lovely Marina View

Hi Phil,
Once again, many thanks for a truly wonderful holiday a your villa. Marina View, it was just superb and we had a fantastic time there. The villa was both clean and comfortable.
After breakfast on the patio, admiring the beautiful cactus gardens, we then went on a different walk each morning (except on market days). There is just so much to see in Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca.
Lunch was usually a tasty snack at Lanis`. Then, it was a 2 minute stroll back to the villa, maybe stopping at the convenient and well- stocked Supermarket. (Wine and Pringles.)
Our afternoons were spent sunbathing and relaxing on the comfy sun-loungers , then swimming in the heated pool.Heaven!!!
We ate out each evening and had superb meals ,with an excellent choice of menus to choose from. The nearby taxi rank was a `find` and meant that we didn`t need to hire a car.
