The penthouse apartment is situated on the third floor with lift access and sleeps up to 6 people. The living room and bedroom are fitted with thermostatically controlled radiators. There is under floor heating in both bathrooms. The penthouse comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto the large terrace with the outside dining area and lounging furniture. The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill and hob. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite. All the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. Covered off-road parking is provided.

Additional Details: The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and childrens' pool. There is second pool with jacuzzi that is heated in winter. The pool is surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. Additional features of the apartment are Sky TV and radio, DVD player, safe, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and also beach towels The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the harbour 10 minutes and the bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes.
