Villa Nobile is a stunning 19th Century classical style villa recently restored authentically and with artistic charm, with a private pool 13 m x 6 m. Sitting in 4 acres of natural Tuscan rural land & a private avenue of young cypresses bringing you to our doorstep.

Very good road links & easy to find. Centrally positioned for day trips to Famous Hill Top Tows such as; Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Assisi, etc... & our local town of Cortona, where ' Under the Tuscan Sun' was filmed

When booking the whole Villa, one of the 7 Apt can be transformed into a 1 bed + ensuite bathroom with open plan Kitchen Dinning erea with seating for up to 24 persons comfortably.

Depending on whether you take an Apt or two, all Apt are very spacious, fully equipped & are perfect for small families. Large private groups & for a romantic holidayfor 2.

For your Privacy Each Apt has its own Patio/Garden table & chairs. Dine & relax under a shaded pergola by the pool

We are easy drive away from Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia, & many other special Tuscan hll top towns. For the younger ones we are half hour from a big waterpark..Usually the grown ups enjoy it more than the children!!! ThurdayMorning lage open market just 10 min away..great atmosphere, sit a a bar & just people whatch after you have bought all your groceries.

Local Attractions: Villa Nobile is perfctly positioned for you to reach many nearby attractions. We have good road links to Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Perugia, Arezzo & more. If you are looking for culture/ history then you have between 25min & 1hr to reach most of the famous Tuscan towns. Wine tasting is a must with the 'Vino Nobile' in Montepulciano the 'Brunello' in Montalcino.

For water lovers, apart from our own pool, we are 30 minutes away fro the thermal baths of 'San Giovanni', Natural hot thermal springs set in enless acres of Tuscan land. Here you can book all types of relaxing treatments or just enjoy the hot springs.

For the younger crowed or those with young children we have a large water Park at Monte San Savino only 20 min away. This would be a fun half day. The water park has changing rooms,showers & toilet facilities. Take a picnic or dine at one of their cafes where quick snacks, Drinks & Ice creams are served.

If people want to travel further then the choices are endless

Massuer & Hairdresser are available for booking at the villa Nobile in the privacy of your own room.

Helicopter rides on request for short trips around the beautiful surounding area of Cortona, or VIP airport transfers with hassel free travelling. Marcello , our helicopter Pilot will make you trip memorable. Ask for details & prices

Golf:

A new professional golf course is being developed just 2 km from Villa Nobile. The first phase will have 9 holes open by 2012 & the full 18 hole course will be ready by 2013. The resort is called Golf club Manzano. Villas & apartments are available for total ownership, or perpetual share sceme. You can rent an apartmen with the Villa Nobile which will have a working relationship with the Golf club.

We really had a great stay at the Villa Nobile.
The rooms are really nicely appointed, spacious and with all the facilities you need.
Location is beautiful, and well placed for trips out.
It was great to have a lazy start to each day in the pool, and then draw on our excellent and genial host Raffaelle's extensive local knowledge for suggestions of places to go.
We had a great time there and i would recommend it highly.

Great Choice for Couples, Families or Groups

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and very well situated for visiting the area. Our stay there was everything we hoped it would be.

We are a family with older teenagers. At Villa Nobile we were traveling with a family friend. Villa Nobile's flexible accommodation worked out perfectly for us.
We rented 3 apartments in a row, we were very pleased with all of them. Raffaele was very helpful when we were booking our stay, working out what combination would suit us best.

Raffaele was a great host. We immediately felt very welcome. He judges really well when to chat and when to leave you to enjoy the villa. He is an interesting guy, you will want to chat! His tourist advice was very helpful, I think we got more out of our stay because of him.

The surrounding area is full of places to visit. I wish we'd had longer there.

And by the way, the big supermarket in Cortona is really good!

Beautiful and relaxing Villa Nobile

We stayed at Villa Nobile between 26 July and 5 August 2011 and had the best time.

The Villa is beautiful, surrounded by corn and sunflower fields, but near to the main roads to make it the perfect base to explore many Tuscan and Umbrian Towns.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, comfortable, well furnished and appointed. The pool area is lovely and really well maintained, and our teenage boys also really enjoyed the football pitch, the badminton net, the table tennis and the table football. The landscaping around the villa is really attractive and will only improve as it matures - it's a fab place to sit, admire and chill.

Last, but absolutely not least, Raffaele and his family are welcoming, helpful and extremely good hosts.

Thanks very much Raffaele, I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Nobile and we had a brilliant holiday!

Hi there, it's us... The Maltese crazy family :) Thanks for everything, the Villa was fantastic & more beautiful then we expected & obviously we couldn’t ask for a more helpful landlord than you... We appreciate all you did with us those 7 days we would of loved to stay a few days more but unfortunately we couldn’t! This was one of the greatest family holiday... There was something for everyone to enjoy, especially the kids, they really enjoyed it they want to come back again next year....
Hope we all see you again... You are always welcome, you & your family if you ever visit Malta... You’re just a phone call away :)

An amazing stay at Villa Nobile

Me and my friends just arrived from a week staying at Villa Nobile (Cortona). It is an amazing place, really nice, spacious, child friendly including games room and other games and a really clean place. I has a large area near the pool, nice appartments equipped with eveything you may need. I wont stop saying if i had to say everything but to keep short to descibe "If you are going to Tuscany there is one place to stay just rent VILLA NOBILE and you will have a holiday to remeber. Beside all this a great thanks to Raffaele the owner who was really gentle, and helpfull all the time. He was as one of our family member. Thanks for everything Raffaele.
