This modern and contemporary home, in its fifth rental year, is particularly well suited for families with children - both with babies and toddlers - who will appreciate its downtown location, its truly child proofed environment and its pool equipped with both a fence and a swimming pool alarm. This former family home has a modern fully equipped kitchen, a full size bath and a separate shower, 3 comfortable double bedrooms sleeping six (one with twin beds), a small private pool (3m x 6m) with both a protective barrier and an alarm, a new table tennis equipment, a table football, and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys for younger children. Located on the outskirts of Soustons, within 1150 m² (12,000 sqft) of enclosed, non overlooked gardens, with lots of space for children and parking.

Soustons is a very popular tourist centre, with lots of activities (les animations) during the holiday season. It’s not just close to the beach- but is also a small market town, with all of the facilities of a small market town. Markets are usually on Mondays, Thursdays and Friday nights (during season). The town centre has over one hundred commercial activities - pastry shops, fishmongers, bakery, a wine shop, as well as bike rental, banks, supermarkets and a hypermarket - with great choice and competitive - no tourist- prices. There is a small local cinema along with an arena which holds many summertime activities - including 'bull jumping' every week - (un cours landaise -summersaults with cows - with nothing gory). Pizzerias, creperies, cafes and high quality restaurants, even overlooking the lake, are all within a couple of km, ... and a McDonalds 15 km away.

Notes: Outside -The property is set on 1150 m² (12 000 sq ft) of land, with a large 25 x 20 m (5300 sq ft) garden with shrubs at the front, with ample parking for plenty of cars. The rear of the house has a small 6m x 3m in ground swimming pool, of 1.2 m depth, equipped with both a safety alarm and a fully enclosed protective fence. Also to the rear the built in BBQ overlooking a large terraced area which gets sunshine all day long but with a tree providing shade. For your relaxation, we have an outdoor table + 6 chairs, a hammock and 4 reclining chairs. Our outdoor games include a children's set of swings, a slide and a large selection of children's outdoor toys, pool 'toys', a full size table tennis table and full size table football. Gardens are fully enclosed with a secure lockable gate. Surrounded by tall hedges, it has neighbours on three sides and at the front. It is not overlooked. At around one kilometre walk (15 minutes) from the property is the 800 acres Lake of Soustons (Lac de Soustons), with picnic areas, playground and pedalo. A 5 min drive around the lake brings you to a canoeing, windsurfing, and tree adventure park or to downtown Soustons with restaurants, pastry shops, banks and over 100 commercial activities – including a local cinema, an arena (with seasonal bull jumping shows-les courses landaises), seasonal night markets, and authentic day markets throughout the year. 500 m around the corner picks up the cycle paths. 50 m gets you to a small supermarket (with 'normal' prices) and at about a kilometre to a brand new Hypermarket (With loads of choice and fair prices too.) The local beaches of Hossegor, Vieux Boucau, Capbreton and Seignosse le Penon are just a short drive away as are a number of golf courses. Within the area and at a short drive you can find water parks, animal parks, quad circuits and surfing. For the rainy days with children.
