The villa was comprehensively renovated in 2007, and now offers exceptional accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 comfortable double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining and entertaining space, and several large terraces overlooking the finest views in the area. The villa is fully equipped with Sky TV (including sports, film and children's packages), DVDs, broadband WiFi throughout the house, and beds shipped specially from Peter Jones. Outside is parking for up to 6 cars, a 12m x 5m pool, and several seating areas, all of which benefit from the unique view to the neighbouring hill-top towns, the Four Seasons resort and the surrounding valley. The villa is a few minutes walk from the center of Montauroux, a classic Provence hill town, 20 minutes south west of Cannes, and 40 minutes from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport. The area boasts some of the finest restaurants in Provence, including three Michelin-starred restaurants, several golf courses and many activities for families.

The villa is on the outskirts of Montauroux, a few minutes walk into the village. 20 minutes north west of Cannes, 40 minutes from Nice. Between Grasse and Fayence, and overlooking Callian village. Close to the watersports facilities of the Lac de St. Cassien, and the Gorge de Verdon. The Four Seasons resort (2 gold courses, 4 restaurants, spa facilities) is 7 minutes away in the valley below the villa)
