Photos and Description of this East Naples holiday villa A large detached 4 bed 4 bath plus den villa on three acres of gardens

Coconut Grove is the perfect holiday hideaway which is ideal for those wanting a peaceful holiday yet in a convenient location for all of Naples attractions an amenities, etc. Situated on a no through road with no traffic noise and on a large plot with lawns, this is also a great home for larger families, especially with children, who want to enjoy themselves without hindrance or worry of neighbours. We have a floor plan for enquirers to view and our local full time manager makes sure guests are well looked after. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there ia also a large family room, a smaller lounge off the kitchen with pull out sofa bed and finally a large den which also has a double sofa bed. So in fact the home can accommodate up to 12 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped; as is the utility room with washer and drier. From the main lounge which also has a bar there is access to the very spacious patio area with full size pool table and electric heated swimming pool.

The beauty of Coconut Grove is its location in a quite residential community in east Naples with fast access to all of Naples; on a six lane highway at the end of this secluded no through road. The center of Old Naples and the beach are at most 20 to 25 minutes drive, but many shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes drive. I 75 is also about 7 mintues drive, opening up speedy access to all the areas attractions.
