Lovely new villa on quiet domaine 20 minutes walk from hilltop village of St Paul De Vence. Accommodation comprises, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Private terrace with dining area and barbeque. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. Air conditioning; satellite TV, DVD player. Fully fitted Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine (in utility room). Upstairs double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Downstairs twin/double bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet. Living area has comfortable seating for 4-6 people. There is a double sofabed and 2 single foldaway guest beds if required.

St Paul is one of the most beautiful villages in Provence. Close to the sea (4km), and in walking distance to the hilltop village, the villa has easy access to the whole riviera. Only 15min to Nice airport, 40min to Monaco, 30min to Cannes which is famous for its film festivals in May. Nearby towns worth a visit, Antibes and Juan les Pins (good night life), Villefranche sur mer a lovely little fishing village with small sandy beach and beachfront restaurants. Best attractions for children: Marineland in Biot and the safari park in Frejus. St. Tropez is also only 1hrs drive away. The Friday morning market of Ventimiglia in Italy is only 1hr by car. The beauty of the surrounding area, quality of life and exceptional light has inspired numerous famous artists, painters, writers and poets, many of whom took up residence in the village? All major towns and cities can be reached by the coastal train.
