This single storey property is situated within a private gated community. The property comprises of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite, has direct access to the pool terrace and has lake views. All bedroom's are fitted with TVs and the main living area has TV and free internet connection. One of the twin bedrooms also benefits from a DVD player and Nintendo with games. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open plan lounge with lake views, a large dining room with dining seating for 8, a fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The fully air conditioned property also has a games room equipped with table tennis, table football, darts board and junior basketball net. A child safety net screens the private pool allowing children to play safely. The pool area is not overlooked by other properties.

It is less than 5 minutes from junction 58 of the Interstate 4(I4), South West of Orlando and just 6 miles from the Walt Disney theme parks. The palm tree lined road leads to The Sanctuary, a small, beautifully landscaped, gated community of executive homes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We do not charge extra per guest. This rate covers up to 8 guests and includes cleaning at the end of your stay. Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a villa cleaning charge of £60. In addition to the above rates we seek £100 breakages deposit before you travel, this to be returned within two weeks of the end of your holiday subject to nothing having been broken. A minimum of 10%/£50 (whichever is the greater amount) is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid no less than eight weeks before you travel, this to include the breakages deposit. If you require a cot or highchair then do let me know please.
    Pool heat (optional) is $150 / £90 per week.
