No. 4 Wilson Avenue, known affectionately as The Pink House, is a charming three bedroom family dwelling that sleeps six. It is set on a residential street just 10 minutes walk from Henley-on-Thames town centre. The property has been beautifully restored and boasts an open plan fully modernised kitchen, complete with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and electric cooker, and breakfast bar. A traditional wood burning stove sits in the cosy living room that includes a flat screen TV, and DVD player. The separate centrally heated conservatory is ideal for dining in all seasons, the patio doors opening out onto the private garden, complete with barbeque and out door furniture. Sleeping is split over the first floor master and second bedrooms and the converted attic third sleeping space, with the bathroom, including separate bath and shower cubicle, completing this idyllic family townhouse. Off street parking is also offered and the railway station is just seven minutes walk away.

Lovely Stay -- Great Place

We just returned from a great stay at this house and would strongly recommend it. We had just spent time in London and Paris and were looking for something "non-urban" to finish our vacation. This place was perfect.

The house is well laid out and very comfortable. It's an easy walk to the train station as well as a grocery store. We had rented a car and took some day trips from the location and found it very convenient. You could also easily make it in and out of London by train so it might be an option if you simply wanted a few days in London.

Bedrooms worked great -- two bedrooms on the second floor plus a 3rd floor space with a double bed which was a great retreat for kids.

Owner is great as well! Very helpful.
