Have a really happy, relaxing and carefree holiday in sunny Falmouth- the beautiful Cornish port nestling at the mouth of the very pretty river Fal valley. Contact us for our special winter rates. Our beautiful flat has lift access to the second floor then some stairs to its peaceful location on the third level. It has private on-site car parking with a lovely, south facing communal garden and balconies from the lounge and bedroom- both have outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine and al fresco eating. The large and very comfortable lounge with two sofas, TV, DVD player and CD/ipod player has a spacious, integral dining area with plenty of seating for family and friends if they visit. A sunny bedroom is off the entrance hall with a king size bed, plenty of cupboard space, hair drier and desk. There is a beautiful bathroom with bath/shower, gas central heating and a kitchen for all your needs, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer.
