The Stables is converted from Victorian Stables which were built in 1896. They were converted about 12 years ago to form an exclusive development of residential properties. The Stables has undergone a complete refurbishment and provides luxury self catering accommodation for the discerning holiday maker. There is a large living room with dining area which is beautifully furnished in a contemporary seaside style. There is a large sofa, table and chairs for four people, Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and iPOD docking station. There are a wide range of satellite TV stations. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and fridge freezer is opposite the living room. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin. From the ground floor stairs lead down to a basement which has storage areas and a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the ground floor stairs lead up to the first floor to the two bedrooms, one kingsize with ensuite and one twin.

The Stables is in an exclusive development in the villgae of Meads on the outskirts of Eastbourne. The cottage is approx 200 yards from the centre of the village with it's wide range of shops, restaurants and a pub. The centre of Eastbourne is about 1 mile from the cottage and a regular bus service is available from the village every 20 minutes. The seafront and the South Downs are about a 10 minute walk from the front door of the cottage. From the seafront a delightful promenade stretches to Eastbourne and beyond to the Eastbourne Marina.
