Photos and Description of this Agadir holiday house 3 Bedroom house traditionally furnished in Moroccan style (see owners website).

Maison Anarjis is a spacious house with all modern conveniences but furnished in traditional Moroccan style. There are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned and equipped with a radio alarm clock and hair dryer. There are 2 shower rooms. The salon is air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and IPOD/MP3 player. There is also an IPOD/MP3 player in the dining area. The dining area seats 8 persons. You may use the kitchen and refrigerator to store your own supplies and make snacks but we ask you to leave the cooking of full meals to Aicha, the housekeeper. There is a roof terrace with 4 loungers and cushions. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but of course you may smoke on the terrace.

Maison Anarjis is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood 15km south east of Agadir, midway between Agadir's beach and tourist area and Al-Massira airport, in the suburb of Dcheira El Jihadia (just outide Inezgane). It is a short distance (1km) from the main Agadir to Mirleft road where taxis are readily available and the new motorway to Marrakech is approximately 5km to the north.

  • MINIMUM RENTAL PRICE IS FOR TWO PERSONS WHO WILL EXCLUSIVELY OCCUPY THE HOUSE FOR THE RENTED PERIOD (SUPPLEMENTS OF €75 FOR HIGH PERIOD AND €50 FOR LOW PERIOD REQUIRED PER EXTRA PERSON PER WEEK).
  • Rental periods are either high or low. This pricing is on a bed and breakfast only basis. A booking deposit of 50% of the total price required immediately to secure the booked period, The remainder is payable 4 weeks before arrival. A refundable guarantee of €400 is also required against breakages and losses also to be paid at time of the booking deposit. All payments by bank transfer.

Golf: This is very popular in Morocco, partly because King Hassan II was an internationally ranked practitioner of the game. Agadir has four courses: the Agadir Royal Golf Club is a par 36 while the beautiful Dunes Golf Club has three 9-hole par 36 courses (designed by a disciple of Robert Trent Jones). The third course, set around lakes, palm trees and eucalyptus, is the 5-star Golf du Soleil, which is a 27-hole par 72. The fourth course, is the Ocean Golf Course, which will have 3 high quality 9 hole courses spread over approx 90 hectares of natural sand dunes in the heart of a eucalyptus forest due for completion end of 2009.
