Raleigh Cottage has spacious interiors which offer the following: - three bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite, third bedroom with bunk and truckle bed); - two reception rooms both with TV & DVDs, one with wood burning stove; - a galley kitchen leading through to a light dining area; - a family bathroom, a wet room, and utility room. It offers both privacy and accessibility and holds an appeal throughout the year - whether with rear sliding doors open in the summer, or as a warm retreat with log burning stove during winter months. Essentially a family house, there is a selection of books, CDs and games for all to enjoy.

Raleigh Cottage is a charming period property that has undergone extensive modernisation to provide luxury accommodation for 6 people. It is situated in an attractive model farm courtyard (c.1851) in which islanders and holiday home owners reside. Although tucked away, the cottage is within easy access of Seagrove and Priory Bay beaches as well Seaview Vilage – with its award winning hotel, eateries and shops. While within walking distance, the village offers parking facilities for those who need to drive. Raleigh Cottage is a no-smoking, pet free home which has been beautifully designed. It benefits from wireless broadband and includes an ipod music player. The contemporary, rear extension has sliding oak doors which open onto a decked area that catches the evening sun and is perfect for barbeques. The garden design is purposefully minimalist with lawn, olive trees and a 'shed' / home office that is wired for broadband access. There is parking space available for two cars.
