Direct walks onto NT land from house, and many pretty villages and places of interest within fifteen minutes drive. House has two bathrooms, country kitchen, lovely sitting room with french windows on to garden and open fire. Separate utility room and pantry. Conservatory. Off road parking. TV with freeview channel. Piano. Free internet broadband and separate study. The garden is perfect for children as it is secluded and safe, with large lawn. Haslemere provides the best of all worlds with direct and regular services to London, Waterloo but is surrounded by countryside of outstanding beauty. It is only 45 mins from the coast, Heathrow and Gatwick. The town has a charming Tudor High St with clocktower and is well served with small shops, cafes, swimming pool and village cinema.

Haslemere is a beautiful historic town surrounded by miles of unspoiled countryside, much of which is owned by the National Trust. There are far reaching views and many well marked paths. It is within easy reach of London with fast trains to Waterloo every half hour, so commuting and day sight seeing or going up in the evening to a show are easy. The pretty villages of the new South Downs National Park are a short drive as are a myriad of famous houses, castles and ancient ruins. This area is one of the most exclusive parts of the south east with good reason. The town has a 'village' cinema, numerous good restaurants, an indoor swimming pool and public tennis courts. There are play as you pay golf courses within ten mins drive and Guildford and Chichester at half an hour drives both have excellent shopping, theatres and cinemas.

The house has off street parking as well a plenty of parking outside.The station is a pleasant fifteen minute walk as is the High St with a Waitrose and all other shops
