Villa Crystal Blue is centrally located in the exclusive gated development 'Crystal Lagoon'. This is one of the larger plots with plenty of room for entertaining and outdoor barbecues along with private parking for two cars (though a car is not necessary). We have a family friendly 3 bedroom villa, one en suite, which normally sleeps six but can sleep up to 8 with a double sofa bed conversion. It has been designed with the modern young family in mind with a open plan living dining area, private heated pool with plenty of pool toys and lilos, entertainment center with 32' flat screen satellite TV, numerous DVDs, PS2 with games, 3 WCs, stair gates for the young ones safety. It is perfectly located with a few minutes walk of both the fabulous safe blue flag beaches and the mouthwatering restaurants and bars, many with free internet! We have young children ourselves and we were looking for somewhere where they would be very safe, yet within walking distance of everything.

Pernera is a fantastic comfortable family resort with plentiful friendly restaurants and bars serving mouthwatering local and international fare, there are a number of safe blue flag beaches within a few minutes stroll, along with the picturesque fishing harbour, a short 25 minutes walk away is the lively resort of Protaras or a 15 minute drive would take you to the buzzing resort of Ayia Napa where you can live it up into the dawn. The natural protected beauty of Cape Grecko is only a 10 minute drive with the stunning sea caves and beautiful Konnos bay. Boat trips ( cruises, fishing, snorkeling, scuba ) are all available at the local beaches and harbour. The local waterpark is fantastic and safe for the younger kids, for the more adventurous a trip to the massive heart stopping waterpark in Ayia Napa is a must. A sightseeing trip into the North to see the abandoned 'ghost town' of Famagusta is also a must.

We had an excellent time during our stay at your villa, which was the perfect home from home destination with a touch of class.
It had everything we could have wanted and it looked far greater and much nicer then the photos on your website suggest.
Your provided information pack was very comprehensive and gave us a very good starting point whilst in Cyprus. The Pool guy was excellent as was the management staff, the pool was cleaned twice during our stay, which is very rare for a 7 day holiday.
Both the pool guy and management staff were very attentive and extremely helpful throughout the stay.
The pool was a very good size and the barbecue was a great offering for our lunch time meals when not dinning out. The location of the villa was also very good, less then 5 minutes walk to all the main bars and restaurants, which was ideal when I wanted to have a few drinks and therefore avoid the use of the car.
Overall the villa and holiday exceeded our expectations and we would definitely be looking to revisit next year and without a doubt we would stay in your villa again.

2 Weeks at Crystal Lagoon

We stayed here for 2 seeks in May, it was like home from home therefore very relaxing! We made good use of the gas bbq, we had a hire car, which I would highly recommend because of the high cost of a taxi from the airport. Driving in Cyprus is really easy. The house was really clean and tidy & the couple looking after it where very freindly & helpful.
Eating out is not as expensive as you are led to believe.
You can get a really nice meal at Knights Bar for 8 euros & I can highly recommend their cocktails
All in all we had a fab holiday and will probably be back next year!

We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday at Villa 41 in Cyprus. On arrival we were struck by how clean, light and airy the villa was and by how tastefully it had been decorated and furnished.

As a family of six we made full use of all the rooms and of course the kids lived in the pool when we were "at home". The sun went round the side of the property to leave the pool in the shade for the hottest part of the day so it was ideal to shelter from the very hot sun.

Once we got past the bewitching hour of 3pm we went to one of the nearby beaches only a few minutes walk from the property. The kids enjoyed snorkelling in the clear water and hopefully the next people to visit will too as we left all the snorkels for the next guests along with the staid rubber ring that i bought for myself!

There were a few supermarkets very nearby but they were certainly expensive. As we didn't have a car it was either use these or get a taxi to the large supermarket but at Euro20 return you had to make it worth your while.

We had a super holiday, in fact all the kids (aged 14 and 16) said it was the best one they had ever had. The internet cafe for the evenings was a big hit along with the cocktails that we tried all week!

The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this property to anyone for an excellent stay in Cyprus.
