Air conditioning throughout. There is a swimming pool in the complex and concierge. You can park outside without charge.

IbizaTown is at 10 min walking distance,also in a high season from Marina Botafoch a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until early hours. On the other side of the apartment is the nice sandy beach of Talamanca. Famous nightclubs of El Divino and Pacha are at 5-10min walk.
