The structure consist in a 'Villa', 800 mt from beach situated in a wide park with lot of vast grasses and a small lake with aquatic plants. La Villa 8+2 place to sleep 250 square meter. Ground floor, wide living-room with TV, sitting room, fireplace, 1 kitchen,wide arcade covered with a comfortable space to eat, 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, with showers. The 'Villa dei Pini',is open all the year,witha a good service of accomodation. The owner of the house will be happy to receive the guests supplyng a service of quality,and first of all organising excursion to famous place near the district.. You shall visit: The national park of San felice Circeo,the temple of Giove,and the cauntry of Fossanova with the abbey. Beautiful excursion,with a boat to the 'Island'of Ponza-Palmarola-Zannone-Ventotene-Ischia-Capri,with diving includ,and puklunch. Just at 800 meter from the beach, not far from the hilly country 'San Felice Circeo', rises 'Villa dei Pini'. The 'Villa'is a Mediterranean building, soaks in a 12.000 square meters park of cluster-pines and fruits trees. During the year the colour and the Mediterranean perfume make a fashionable and suggestive atmosphere. The structure consist in a 'Villa'.The 'Villa'is situated in a wide park with a lot of vast grasses and a small lake with aquatic plants. The famous beach of San Felice Circeo, is not far from the property about 1,5 km 'Le Dune di Sabaudia' a beach longer 25km with some part private beach and some part is free beach. 'Punta rossa' is another side of San Felice Circeo ,where is possible to make swimming near the Rocs. 'Sperlonga' village is in a 25 minutes by car. 'Roma' you can arrive by car in a 60 minutes, or by train from Fossanova Station in 35 minutes. The Historical center of San Felice Circeo is not far,about 1,5 km from the house.
